Ad Sales:

Each year the Band parents and students have an excellent opportunity to raise money toward their individual account by selling program ads for our band contest. Your child can pick up order forms and price lists in the band office or you can print one here. Feel free to duplicate extra forms as necessary. Be sure to tell your customers that over three thousand programs will be sold on the day of the contest. The profit from this sale is 50% and is applied toward the student’s individual account.

It is very important to secure camera-ready artwork to accompany the order form. Note that one copy will be submitted with the artwork, and another will be left with the customer.

All orders, artwork, and payments must be turned in no later than:
SEPTEMBER 22, 2006 .

Please do not turn these in to the black box! It is extremely important not to bend or damage the artwork. Please give these directly to one of the directors in the band office.

Trophy Sales:

Each year we offer the students an opportunity to purchase trophies for our band contest. The price per trophy is $40.00. The benefit to the student is that they will participate in the presentation of trophies at the end of the competition and will have their name listed in the program. Students may also split the cost of a trophy with another student.

There is also an option to donate a trophy in the name of a company if a parent desires. In this case, the student can be designated as the presenter. Please note this in the space on the trophy order form.
