Yankee Candles Due

Yankee candle fundraising forms are due May 21st.  They can’t be accepted after this date.  8th grade families can turn their orders in after the meeting on May 21st, and current members can turn their orders in from 8:30 p.m. – 9:15 p.m. outside of the band room.  All checks are made payable to McGavock Band Boosters.  Please make sure forms are filled out completely and that the money included matches the order total.  Please contact Christy Earl at earlfamily391@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Yankee Candles

Yankee candle fundraiser begins on May 1st and is due May 21st.  Profit is 40%.  You can set up an account to take online orders.  Get your packets outside of the auditorium  before the concert on May 1st from 6:30 p.m. – 6:50 p.m. and/or after the concert. McGavock Band magnets will also be on sale for $10.  Our treasurers will be there before and after the concert for any financial questions you might have.

3. Complete the Student Leader Application/Contract and all written requirements handed out at the Leadership Summit (deadline 5/14)
